3. How the Membership Contract is Formed Between You and Us

To become a subscriber/Member, you will be guided through following steps:

• go to membership page >> click buy 12 months
• Select your desired pet
• select you pet name(its unique),password if your entered information is correct next button will be enabled
select full name,email,class,contact no,birthday,gender,school,syllabus all fields are mandatory
• Select the payment method from (i) paypal or (ii) pay by cheque/bank transfer/wiretransfer
• On selecting paypal, You will then be taken to the paypal Secure Payment Page where you will need to enter your account information and accept these terms and conditions;
• You will receive a message saying your payment is being processed;
• You will receive an email confirming receipt of the payment.

 

4. Prices and Additional Charges

There is no price change and Additional charges and it is applicable only for existing customer and it is valid until the expiry date of subscription

if there is any price change it is aplicable only for new customer. existing customers it will be changed only on the next year subscription

5. Payment Methods

Memberships can currently be purchased using the following currencies:

• in US Dollars

All Membership purchases are processed by secure payment processors.

We accept a variety of different payment methods and will continue to expand the range in the future.

6. Cancellation Policy

There is no refund for cancellation of subscription after 10 days.

You can discontinue our service by cancelling the renewal for next year.

7. Refunds

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Changes to Subscription Packages

Subscription packages can only be changed through:

• Cancellation; or
• Repurchase.

Subscription packages may not be changed through transferral or renewal.

9. Site Security

We use PCI DSS compliant third party payment providers and we do not store any credit card or bank account information.

All credit card and bank account data transferred between sasimaths.com website and our payment providers is encrypted prior to transmission in accordance with industry secure payment standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

If either of us fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, neither of us shall be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except for those losses which we or you could reasonably foresee would result from the failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions at the time we entered into this contract with one another.
